Regardless of where you are on your health and fitness journey, the Seguis have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals. With nearly 30 years of fitness experience, it’s fair to say Greg and Nyree Segui know a thing or two about exercise and nutrition.
Nyree is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, ISSA Elite Trainer, CrossFit LVL1 Coach and CrossFit Weightlifting Certified.
She is owner of Premier Martial Arts/Grand River CrossFit. She is an active member of her community, having served as the President of the Rotary Club of Dunnville for two years.
Nyree is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys healthy cooking and sharing her passion with others.
Greg is Precision Nutrition LVL1 certified and will be graduating the LVL2 program in 2020. He is an ISSA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, CrossFit LVL1 Coach and CrossFit Weight Lifting Certified.
Greg is a former professional kickboxer and holds advanced Black Belts in Tae kwon do, Hapkido and Jiu-jitsu. He is owner of Premier Martial Arts/Grand River CrossFit.
Greg is an active rescue specialist with ERT-SAR, a volunteer search and rescue team.
